Purchased by investors for $1
million, CSA Management took control of a foundering
apartment complex and turned it around while nearly doubling
its value. Apartments received fresh paint, new carpet and
new fixtures. The complex was relandscaped and impeding
structures were removed from site lines. A new management
team was put in place, tenant profiles improved and lease
revenues increased.

International Airport, CSA Management introduced new
programs to this parking service provider making its
business climb to a new level. CSA helped develop a new logo
and new marketing plan for the facility, and added services
like on-site oil changes, simple maintenance, and washing
